What Joe Moscato is doing here, whether Generex becomes successful or not, is a miracle come true for shareholders. He's taken a once near worthless company and breathed life into it. He's also given long time shareholders a gift in the form of the dividend and an opportunity to recover. Yes, he gave that to long time shareholders, not management or himself
I've read a lot of the posts here over the weekend. Looks like some misunderstandings and miscommunications have occurred. I don't have any issues with questions from investors. However, his motivation cannot be questioned at this time. He's sacrificed his shares, a fat paycheck and whatever else until he produces a successful, operating company. In other words, being rewarded for performance. To my understanding, same goes for many in management
Full disclosure. I met Joe many years ago when he was working with the other management team of Generex. Actually, even well before that, now that I think of it. However, we've never had any business transpired between us
The point I'm making is give this guy the benefit of the doubt, he's earned it. Instead some are insinuating a nefarious motive. Nonsense!
Remember one thing, you'd all be swimming the backstroke in the Hudson River (figuratively speaking) if not for his vision and sacrifice to give buried shareholders and himself (in that order) a chance of making something from nothing
