I dunno... I mean, I do own shares and support the company, but the PO is factually a dilution of the stock, I don't see how that's an issue or a debate. This was a reasonable dilution, made for an acquisition that seems valuable. I am ok with that.
Now, beyond the increase of the OS, we may wonder what part of the new shares are now part of the float. It is much harder to assess obviously as we don't really know what is going on. That part is indeed not a dilution even though, in the short term, it does hurt the pps. We'll definitely need a few more days at least for things to settle. I really hope the company will comment on the price action in due time.
