Not many people are familiar with the situation VE

The PO, the acquisition, the uplisting, all at once. Not something you see often.
Here, we have seen that there was an unexpectedly large supply of shares to sell but apparently not followed by much panic selling and sustained by reasonable buying, hence the relatively narrow range of trading we have seen (not taking into account the gap itself).
I think VERB is still mostly unknown to the larger investment community. I also think that most of the shares sold yesterday were "new" shares sold by AGP or institutions through some financial wizardry. I have no evidence of that and do not know the goal of such maneuvre. But considering the price history of our company, I find it hard to believe there was a long from FUSZ who suddenly decided to sell a million shares once on the Nasdaq (or someone really dedicated to the OTC maybe ? did we still have some old note holders we forgot about? Hard to imagine that the high level investors of the PO would not have taken that into account)
This is certainly not how I pictured our first days on the Nasdaq but I truly think we will recover fairly quickly, at least to pre uplisting levels.
