Been thinking...and it's possible he hasn't announced because he expected it to be gone already. Maybe just wishful thinking but, truth be known...IMO...it would be best to clear it up THEN announce the 2PL.
Edit: Seriously, I can be patient with everything BUT that. Just no excuse!
