So say you have $1,000 and you buy shares at $3 you get about 334 shares. $1,000 in Warrants at .60 is about 1,667 shares, so 5 times the amount of shares, but will technically pay more down the line for those shares when exercised, the 5 year length makes it more enticing, we know this company and where it’s going, if you believe in the company then warrants give you the opportunity to get you more shares now with less money, and pay more later.
The one question I have is how do you pay that when you exercise the warrants?
