In the early 90's I briefly considered buying a serval kitten. A guy in Denver NC was raising and selling servals, caracals, bobcats, and arctic foxes.......Of those critters, the bobcat would be the only one I could legally own in SC now. Our laws were changed, a few years back, when a woman's two lions got loose from there enclosure and went wandering around in some housing developments. They didn't hurt anyone but i hear some parents got a wee bit excited when their little Johnny or Susie was late for dinner.
