Just putting some things together from whats been
Post# of 29251
If Jason was in China sometime in Nov-Dec, then perhaps he was trying to get something going there...
Which brings me to these posts:
#26783 (INV33) - 18 models of phones/equipment (which were posted publicly, or so stated, albeit most likely by accident).
#26177 (TD52) - Front of the J45 (notice the script under the time, most likely Chinese)
#25913 (INV33) - Origin Dev, Utopya-Mena
https://originmena.com/dev/case_study/utopya/
#25979 (INV##) -Follow up Mena - “Technically we just did the branding and the ideas for launching in the Middle East, execution wasn't with us so we don't have more info than that to be honest.”
I'm sure theres much more that I have missed, and I only focused on the Utopya side of the DD for this post.
So, following these breadcrumbs, perhaps Jason was, just maybe, a busy little beaver over in China during his stay there and that's where the previously shown models of tech came from.
Several months later, we discover that they were working with Origin to help launch their products in the middle east.
Why go through all this for a scam? They already had our money, why continue with the shell game? Why do it so behind the scenes without telling anyone if their intent was to sell shares? If that was the case, wouldn't they have been blasting this out everywhere? These are the questions that drive me insane sometimes.
This is from their last update:
– ANDI Mobile was launched with the mindset of finally bringing cellphones to market for both wholesale and retail customers. We currently offer the three phones from Utopya for wholesale sales and are working through them and other sources for retail products. We will be looking to supplement the phones from Utopya with other brands and price point offerings. We are also working closely with a company in order to become an affiliate company for selling nationwide cellular service , and while our hopes were this would be completed already, we feel it will come to fruition soon. Once that is in place , which is where I still firmly believe the real profits are in the telecom industry, ANDI Mobile should be able to secure a couple of low margin smartphones which don’t require us to spend 10’s of thousands of dollars in order to secure inventory. ----
So, although they claim to be offering 3 phones for wholesale, it appears to me that the overall phone selling operation is on hold pending, or, largely dependent upon them FIRST becoming an affiliate for wireless service (or am I reading that incorrectly???)
Here's my overall point based on what we have. Something is clearly in the works. This doesn't make sense if its a pure scam. I can't fathom going through all this to sell shares (obviously I could be dead wrong).
I truly believe Starkweather outright f**ked this thing into the ground. I believe they did had intentions of actually going through with a business model but were completely bamboozled by Starkie. Hey, it happens to fortune 500 companies with terrible CEO's, why not here?
If we were to juxtapose the timeline and say THIS was the starting point where we all invested, our outlook would be completely different at this point. If I were to follow my "good ANDI intentions" here, I would say that Mr. White had to literally start from the beginning again. Secure a product, venders, advertisers, investors, manufacturers... in essence actually build the brand that Starkweather never did...fraudulently one would say.
I'm not saying believe me. I'm not saying what I've posted is even correct.
I've been down (angry) on this company just as much as everyone else. But, putting together all the pieces that have been found, it seems like there is more here than shares for sale.
I'll finish with these two things:
I believe it was in an email to TD52 that Mr White stated something along the lines of "they are not being "Starkweathered"".
and https://utopyadistribution.com/
This company has turned me into a G*d damned paranoid schizo......
