Whew, New day. First day at a new school is always rough.
So the reality is, no one saw "that" coming. Yes there are those that will preach they did, but no, they didn't...unless they were a part of the selling or knew who did it.
Institutional investors would have demanded a even lower price if they had any calculation the price was going to get hit like that, so the smartest and most discerning investors didn't see it coming.
The volume was stunning. And for me very very reassuring!
If we dropped and volume was anemic that would have concerned me.
Pre-Market was off the charts.
The other week when Rory filed the S1-A and the price took that hit, it evened out nicely and quite quickly.
Can't say "it will" do the same, but I'd be mindboggled if it didn't.
Unsure if there are more share out there to be "dumped" or not.
We will see and see what volume has in store for us.
Monday - at least 1 PR announcing the Opening Bell Ringing Friday
Tuesday - closing - so mayby a PR announcing that or
Wednesday - the Announcment of the deal closing
- when does Rory begin giving guidance? Once SC and VERB are one, their Revenue becomes our rev and numbers become far easier to announces for VERB.
Friday - Opening Bell Ringing, with tons and tons of Pub!
Not to mention all of the other integrations and deals that be will be announced in the coming weeks and months.
Rory promised us NASDAQ and he delivered.
We are now in the Big Leagues, where valuations and projections will be understood by analysts and "The Markert".
I am grateful for Rory and his drive and all of #teamVERB!!!
And remember, most of them have been paid in shares.
My money is on them and for good reason.
