I was looking at the 8k and other forms and was trying to make sense of the shares they get. Looks like they do get shares but doesn’t say a price. Then also says they can buy shares but doesn’t list it.

There’s also the over allotment, do they sell those on the open market, if so that’s about 65% of volume yesterday I believe. It could have been institutional investors that didn’t get the offering buying those.

Or the institutional investors that have shares buying the over allotment, who knows.

What I do know is we won’t be down here long and I’ve been telling everyone I know if they want in do it now. These are mind boggling prices
