Joe....ignore me if i am going to ask this stupid question....
it was my understanding that the pooled shares from the first dividend were not going to get the 4 to 1 from the ngio shares.....i do remember, i think it was RJS, in a conference call with you, where he asked you whether those shares will participate in the 4 to 1, and your response, if i recall correctly, was that only the 30 million or so shares will get the ngio dividends....if that changed, that's no problem, but that was misunderstood by me i guess.....
so now you are telling us that we have a secondary pool of ngio shares (i would think around 8,500,000 minus the 5.5 million(Veneto) = 3.0 million left, give or take about 1/2 a million) that can be utilized to buy acquisitions, mergers and such....and my stupid question is:
where do you get all your smarts from? you are amazing.....
