The voting results for the only matter submitted to vote at the Special Meeting are as set forth below. The stockholders approved a proposal authorizing the adjournment of the Special Meeting, if a quorum was present, to solicit additional proxies if there were insufficient votes to approve the proposal regarding the reverse stock split. "
