I just don’t like the structure that much. When the PR came out a week ago saying they renegotiated the Veneto deal and saves us $15M, there was no mention of the 5.5M shares of NGIO. Nor the guarantee of $2.50/share by 6/15/20. The original PR should have contained those facts as well. Veneto is costing more than was expected IMO. Probably that is one of the reasons the Brooks guy is gone.
