Having been through many delisting companies, it can take awhile. First a company gets a notice of delisting and given time to correct the problem. Then the company can file for an extension for a period of more time. This is when you start seeing the RS happening. Remember it was said one or more RS could be seen in VERB! Let's hope we NEVER get there.
