see imo everything NR has done since 9.12.18 .. has been an epic failure
because as i've noted .. the easiest aspect NR controls is an OTC targets' pps
so Innovation Pharma investors got to *see* a massive amount of *volume* injected by NR .. it was mind boggling but imo not much of it was *real* .. but it served its purpose in the last Q of 2018 .. for those SMB trolls .. but it failed in that it allowed actual investors to add to their investment .. imo that is just one reason why the *total pattern change out* of March 2019 .. to yesterday .. came into play
retail never knows what will strike the match .. and change out an established pattern
but it's pretty easy to spot when it happens ..
