I am suspect that that $6.00 price was based in Verb alone and utilized against them for the full discount knowing we need the PO to clinch the acquisition of SC. We were in a tough spot and it looks like they capitalized on it.
That being said, cant blame them. We/they, know where this is headed.
This pain was all worth it for NASDAQ IMO. No pain, no real gain.
