I doubt it is AGP.
Now, you must ask, since the offering doesn't close until next week, what will a potential buyers think of buying at 3.13 when the pps is 2.75 (if it stays around here.) Would they still have to pay 3.13??
What is "subject to customary closing conditions??" Can the offering price be lowered if closing condition don't met expectation??
Sometimes, the buyers will short the stock to get a better buy price. Then use the shares they do buy to cover their short.
Where does a million shares come from????
