I went to Garden City Nissan myself a few weeks after the deal was PR'd (I live about 20 minutes away) and the manager I spoke to said they started getting calls immediately after receiving the product, and that one person who said his name was 'Dan' harassed the receptionist and made her cry.
He said that was the last straw for them.
You don't have to believe me but it is 100% true.
