Due diligence was not done properly or it wouldn't have been renegotiated multiple times and yet still not have a definitive value. The pharmacies are gone, the lab is gone, the employees are gone, the tiny bit of revenue is gone and as for accounts receivable, i am sure they are all clawed back. Not sure how you answer for that. As for the acquisition of a pharmacy chain and the hospitals..no longer mentioned. They don't exist and it is wrong to string along investors with a pipe dream. Who is going to participate in an MSO that can't offer anything and also has such a tainted history? Where is the money going to come from to support GNBT? It feels like a lot of atty bills are in your future.
