In the video yesterday Rory mentioned they requested acceleration with the SEC.
An acceleration request (that's the name) is the final SEC step for them to review everything one last time and declare registration statement (S-1/A) effective. The request also includes the anticipated date and time that trading will commence.

The SEC does not require the final version of the registration statement to contain information about the offering price. It could, but it's not required.
The acceleration request requires at least 2 full business days ahead of time, but I've seen them for close the very next day.
Today or tomorrow could be the last day on the OTC. It's in the SEC hands now.
