("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") is pleased to announce that Ms. Michele Fischer has been appointed Vice President of Investor Relations with immediate effect. Ms. Fischer joined AMG in June 2014, serving as Controller and then as President of AMG Aluminum North America. Ms. Fischer reports to the AMG CEO.
Dr. Heinz Schimmelbusch, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO, said, "We are extremely pleased to have found an in-house replacement to lead Investor Relations, relieving Jackson Dunckel of his interim role as head of the department.
