I think at this point with the SP at .50 or below they can hardly raise enough money for commercialisation without an upfront payment for HIV or the prognostic test,. If the SP was, let's say, $2 by end of this year, I wouldn't bother if they raised much more via dilution. Also, Tuesdays PR said, "we are close to have such [licensing] agreements in place", which sounds quite definitive and as if one or two agreements will come soon - however, in the new video it sounded more like they were looking forward to going it alone, but this is perhaps just a sigb of confidence and or negotiation tactics.
