At that point, while the military will certainly not change it's policies prohibiting officers/enlisted folks from being intoxicated on the job from any intoxicating substance (unless of course they expose you to something intoxicating/poisonous that you weren't aware of), their stance on investment will undoubtedly be revised.
Once MJ is legal and the military is in a transition period with various policies, it's highly unlikely that they'll hassle anyone due to investment choices unless you're invested in a company that's secretly supporting Russian spy efforts or something.
It's ridiculous anyhow. We're constantly reminded of an opioid "crisis" these days due to the huge impact on healthcare costs, as well as destroyed lives and the domino effect that has, but I'll bet they aren't bothering anyone invested in big pharmaceutical companies.
My point is, as soon as MJ is federally legal and regulated like alcohol, it'll be absolutely no different than being invested in the Anheuser Busch company.
Again, Rocky Mountain High Brands IS NOT involved with the marijuana industry and will not be until MJ is fully legal at the federal level.
