News out Friday IMO. If so, PPS may soar. My thoughts are that budgets prevent everybody from doing a full court press for the whole month of April. News started first week with local support & policing. Ins companies and auto related (AAA) kick in next. Retail kicks in next with solutions. Wouldn't be surprised to see Insurance companies consider full involvement by the end of the month. Go ONCI
