My Grandfather used to tell me this all the time. "If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans". This expression has stuck with me my entire life and really helped me navigate nearly twenty years in the Marine Corps. Throughout all of it I experienced loads of adversity.
At one point I was convinced we would hit a dollar by January 2020 under the old share structure. This is no longer a relevant line of thinking. It is only toxic.
The reality is a reverse split is going to happen. Most likely the stock will initially trend down after the RS. It might not, there could be a well timed press release that could offset an initial downward trend. But mentally everyone should prepare for an initial down trend. I do not like it, but it is a very likely scenario.
This is not the time to start making emotional decisions. And it is not the time for everyone to start spewing their personal frustrations on the board. That is what private messaging is for.
My advice is have the mental discipline to wait out the storm. Revenue from the National Distribution agreement will begin coming in in late May. We will have almost an entire quarter with sales from a National Distribution agreement. Wait for the second quarter financials to come out in mid August. I believe everyone here owes it to themselves to see this through to at least that point.

If you are able to quit dwelling on the past, then you will see that ultimately the new share structure will bring us a greater return on investment at a much greater rate.
Human nature is a bitch. Mentally it is challenging to go from having a million plus shares to mere thousands, but in order to move forward I have to let go. Decide how you are going to respond to the current situation.
