Kgem, are we not proposing that Dr D use Rite Aid as the national distribution arm of the "conglomerate".

We keep on talking about the "conglomerate" that Dr D is assembling with all the other companies that he mentioned in his linkedin posts.

Companies sell a part of their company (Monster Beverage 16.6%, Suja 30%, BodyAmor, Honest Tea 100% etc) to Coca-Cola for Coke's ability to distribute and put the products into stores that these companies cannot. The week after Coke bought 30% of Suja, the Suja products were in Wal*Mart and Kroger Stores and Suja could not accomplish this on their own. (I know this 1st hand)

To me, we are proposing the identical set up. Dr D and his conglomeration needs distribution besides internet sales. Rite Aid gives immediate nationwide distribution potential for all the products in the "conglomerate" including MariMed products and Harvest products etc etc besides Dr D's own proprietary products like his patch for example.

This way Dr D's products cannot be "shut out" from the market as happened to his syringe as that will be the agreement with Rite Aid that no one can "destroy".

If his products turn Rita Aid around to a once again be a successful company - UNVC as a stock will be worth a lot of Dollars.

If this happens, then there could potentially still be a deal with Merck and Ken Frazier.

Bruce Goldman has changed his title for a reason !! and last year we discussed Sativeo often and now Sativeo is in his title.

Then there still is Damian Fagon "somewhere in the conglomerate" and I think your post on Damian is post 1664 from 09/23/2018 6:36:02 PM

Dr D is so connected to Rite Aid - that this appears to be the deal.

Dr D is so connected !!!

I still feel, we need filings to be current, before the deal is announced.

GLTA of Us.
