So is it the break of .0008 of just a pump and dump? No news.yet this is a CBD beverage company since 12/2015 last news report. Like the big vol EOD Phone ring no answer website link doesn't work.Smells like a pump and dump IMO. The trick will be when to get in.
Rumor are:
U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning letter to North Carolina-based Bebida Beverage Company over the use of melatonin in Koma Unwind, its self-described “liquid relaxation drink.”
In a complaint dated March 4, the FDA stated that KOMA Unwind “is adulterated under Section 402 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, because it bears or contains an unsafe food additive.” Melatonin, a neurohormone used primarily as a sleep aid, gives KOMA Unwind its “unwinding” properties. Melatonin is only allowed to be packaged and sold in supplement form,

Bebida Beverage Company is based in Seattle and was established back in 2003. The company has a line of production in the beverage industry, and manufactures these products under the name Koma Unwind. It runs several subsidiaries under its tail, and can be considered under the parent organization of Potencia USA, LLC.
BBDA is one to watch and also be sure to check out this stock that is currently flying under the radar and has a lot of room for growth in the coming months http://bit.ly/2FRn2Wh
The company has seen quite a restructuring of its management over the years. Just recently, the OTC Markets were updated with the official announcement from the leadership, resigning their roles in the company to a new direction. As of now, “Mr. McCallister is the only acting principle at this time.” Updates are still to be expected from the company regarding the new changes. The changes in management seats seem to be appealing to current shareholders. Will this drive people in? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
