I see nothing different with today's Form 1-A Filing to last one... except for approval from SEC seems to have been granted as the filing now has an OMB Number 3235-0286

A Reg A or Form 1-A is for a private placement whereby the shares become free trading upon issuance. He may have one PP buyer or several.
Interestingly his area code to his phone number is put down wrong as 515... it should be 516.
Have to run to produce a dinner-meeting for my group here but ...
