Hahaaaa! Okay, just having a funny moment here while taking a brief break to catch up a little.
I read your post and clicked the link, and first thing in front of my eyes was:
"Keeping your eyes on the road while driving is critical to traffic safety for all."
Funny part - I was still mentally processing what I JUST READ in your post:
"...ads or BILLBOARDS/ELECTRONIC ROAD SIGNS associated with this campaign..."
Well........
Seems like "they" - anyone truly believing in what they preach about "keeping your eyes on the road" - would be doing a disservice to their cause by EVER putting any ads associated with distracted driving prevention ON A BILLBOARD or ELECTRONIC ROAD SIGN. Am I right????? lol, interesting dilemma - you want to get drivers' attention, which would be especially effective if you were to "catch them in the act" or just before as they are contemplating, or whatever WHILE THEY'RE DRIVING. But you just... can't.
