Yeah, I tried to make it to the point as to what happened at the Appeals Trial. How the 3 judges found for the Defendant is beyond my comprehension. With the Guidelines on 101 Put out by the USPTO in January. Let''s hope the Supreme Court Justices have more Common Sence.
With only about a few Hundred Thousand Dollar's probably being released in the Q1 10K, it's going to be a long 3 months waiting on the Q2 10K where hopefully SOFR Will realize Revenues from the deals already completed that take 90 days to get paid.
As mentioned in my post, R&G are most likely itching to get the case before the Supreme Court at this Critial Time on Alice 101, as it shows the injustice being done and how it can effect small Innovative Companies.
Although that video only got 7 Thumbs Up on the board.
Amazing was the fact that this video got 19 Thumbs Up.

As it's very hard to get Posts or Videos with more than a few Thumbs Up beyond the the few that Regularly watch them and Like them., normally getting only 4 or 5 Thumbs up. If it wasn't for the few, there would be no incentive to take the Time Creating them, as it does take not only time but the time it takes to come up with the Idea with the Creativity/Theme behind them.
