The article also seems to answer one of our outstanding questions - cost of goods - as the initial value of the deal is stated to be $27 million. Probably not perfect, but a pretty close proxy for COGS. Comes out to about $3,240/year per patient, using $27mm as the COGS and 8,333 annual units ($1B / $120k).
