What is strange to me is the fact that the new doc

What is strange to me is the fact that the new docs released still have a note in red text saying that it is not complete. However, I did some checking and went through the filings of a bunch of other companies that uplisted (starting with the 5 that Red listed a month or so ago) and it is consistent with most of what I saw. Most of those companies also had the same verbiage in their S1A and the next thing is the Statement of Effectiveness from the SEC, then the prospectus. Bottom line, I am not an accountant or lawyer or have much understanding of the uplisting process. However, I am saying what I see here is consistent with other companies that have uplisted, which is a very good thing. Very excited!
