THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!!!! Before anybody posts something as being new, I would suggest they familiarize themselves with the typical language used in these 10-Ks.

The last paragraph on page 37 is IDENTICAL to the current 10-K
My point in all of this is that this clause wasn't just put in because there is a shareholders meeting coming up.
