At a meeting at the HQ with one of the largest Pharmas, which included their CEO walking into the meeting, their enthusiasm was high. As I have previously informed shareholders, we were advised they want to see the p53 modulation in tumors (which we accomplished in the small phase 2 study) and an oral formulation. Presently we would need funding to complete the oral tox study and manufacture new batches (under GMP) to advance Kevetrin. On the other hand, Brilacidin is in the manufacturing stage and is proven in OM, ABSSSI and as an enema in UP. The oral formulation we believe can be accomplished by ourselves or with a partner. The best plan presently is to advance Brilacidin and then turn our attention to Kevetrin which we believe has the potential to be a game changer and save many lives."
