In the last 8k it was mentioned that it was possible someone could be asked to step down or resign due to certain management individuals admitting breaking the rules. This alone tells me either Lori or W.W. could possibly be gone. I have never saw that mentioned in an 8k ever. Somebody screwed up badly and IMO they are dead meat until to culprits are gone!Game over and certainly Lori is gone and possibly both. It really is time for a shareholder revolt based on this info in the 8k.

The Company has been advised that if EVIO Labs Portland were to lose its license, it would be unlikely that any affiliate of the Company would be issued a new license in Oregon for at least two years. In addition, given the Notice and the settlement with the OLCC reported by the Company in its Current Report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 18, 2019, the Company could be prevented from obtaining licenses in new jurisdictions in which it desires to enter, which would be dependent on the specific rules and regulations of each jurisdiction. In addition, because certain officers of the Company made admissions in the settlement to allowing violations by employees, the Company could be required to terminate or reposition these officers in order to qualify for a particular license in the future

PS Other jurisdictions could certainly include Mass. My guess is we will be getting an update very soon!

PSS Whether you disagree with the state authorities or not EVIO management deliberately broke the rules and have consequences to pay and unfortunately it is on the shareholders backs. GLTA

Very well could include a buyout or merger or good old bankruptcy. Time is not on our side. We need this dealt with ASAP.
