Private companies lie and cheat their way out of taxes....and inflate their worth when ready to sell....2 sets of books....its a reality....now that Joe has renegotiated the Veneto deal and saved us 14 million on the that deal....Joe and gang should be looking at using these savings (about 5,600,000 pool shares at 2.50 a/share) to purchase another revenue generating asset....hopefully an immuno-oncology asset that Joe talked about b4....to spear head the spin off in the right direction.....and as the new entity will be a generex owned 100 %, it will be a great addition to both generex and ngio....
