what a coincidence .. went back (very quick search) to see when PTOI had an *exempt* short .. reported ..
and back in 2014 .. one month b4 an aromatic (LONDON CALLING)
would bury the ACC Executive Summary released on 10.9.14 ..
NR (non retail) had to *report* this .. and as a reminder .. NR *reset* 52 week low on PTOI to 6c (from 10c reset on 12.31.13) in January 2014 .. that would then be *reset* to 5c (in alignment with aromatic's *efforts* of October 2014)

now there is truly no comparison between 2014's *size* and yesterday's *size*
reminder .. imo everything that NR *reports* .. when actually *reported* .. is imo % based

by NR to $1.49 in Jan 2013 .. and the low (reset) of 05c in October 2014
by CONtrast .. PTOI had 13M~ and change .. mostly washed back to back
in 2017/2018 with (again from memory so may be off slightly) .. a *high* of 05c (reset in Jan 2018) to a low of 008c in July 2018

it is not retail that illegally manipulates .. let alone *marks* PTOI *trades* or executes *short exempt* trades or hidden trades
i've asked this ? since the *volume* of 1M~ and change with the massive % of hidden trades embedded in that tape on 1.29.19 (as a comp to see 1M~ last *traded* on PTOI .. one would have to go back to June of 2017 to see it) .. why has NR (non retail) wash traded PTOI these past 8 weeks ~ to *increase* PTOI's volume avgs?
with not one of the embeds there or here willing to answer it ..
old adage on the *street* (CONs that they are) that volume precedes price
clearly on the 29th of January .. that wasn't true .. volume forced PTOI's 52 week high (reset in Jan of 2018 @ 05c) to 05c (008c had been reset as the low in July 2018) .. to 055c to 08c .. at the time i noted it appeared washed
imo almost always done by a new crew entering to *run* PTOI .. because imo
it would easily done to about 30c .. but that of course requires new crew to front load (usually done by wash trading) .. and not triggering panic via a 7c PPS increase
interestingly mere days after the efforts of 1.29.19 .. a few of us observed the ask totally relo from say 035c to 25c .. then to .295c
which was so unusual .. those of us watching initially thought the *ask* had been UC (undercut) to 025/0295 .. not realizing for a minute .. it was actually 25c and 295c respectively
which begged the ? .. what exactly did NR (non retail) *LEARN* in early February 2019 .. that made them abandon their usual *efforts* at least for a few minutes b4 market closed that day?
so now all with interest wait .. to see what P2O files next .. or doesn't
the 2018 annual (10K) is due .. P2O will either file it *imo* on Monday or they will file the NT (indicating intent) to file the 10K .. or they won't
if or when P2O files the 10K .. one would expect it to be accompanied by a Shareholder Update (the last and only update in 2018 was last August 10th)
