The MANIPULATION that has been committed on ONCI the last 6- months to a year now Is a pretty cut and dried case! The company needs to file a complaint as well as those that lost. The "intent" is written all over it! They can look at the dollar value lost with ONCI and traders, they have blatant written admission of intent.[Go through the post on IHUB from the Individuals that has helped with this].
They can pull the sell records of those individuals and the buy back of those individuals and NO JURY would find them not guilty! Cut and dried! It doesn't matter what the company is trading for PPS , the manipulation has already been committed.
IMO If Steve Doesn't do anything to help stop this it want change at all in the near future, it want matter what FABLOUS NEWS IS RELEASED, the group that is doing this want back off and will continue to do what they've been doing.
Who ever has good communications with Steve should really have a good talk with him about this, I'm sure there are plenty of Investors here that would be glad to help out in any Possible Way.
We all have opinions as to what needs to be done to help the PPS but this is one that shouldn't go without any actions. We all have suffered from this tremendously some much more than others.
