I am in agreement with you. What I was trying to communicate is that they knew they were going to license this and regardless whether or not the 510(k) was filed didn't move the needle much and they have bigger fish to fry with BLA, mono pivotal trial, mTNBC and cancer trials, etc. to invest much time other than working a license deal.
