Why is Joe renegotiating with Veneto and not suing them? They sold lies and deceit that has and will hurt your company. They cannot show you any true revenue or assets. The in network lab (High Desert Diagnostic Lab in AZ) was shut down 2 weeks ago and as for the 8 pharmacies they all are closed or closing because of lost contracts. What MSOs are active? How many employees are left? Seeing is believing. And why would Joe even entertain medisource or pantheon acquisitions which are also loser companies introduced by Veneto? The MSO model from Veneto is TOXIC. Imho if generex wants to pursue the MSO line of business they should start fresh without all the Veneto/Medoc/Messorio taint. As for Veneto's faith in Generex, they wanted to take the cash and run but their bs caught up with them and the reality is they would accept any deal they can get. Take your company back. Btw Joe and the team were warned about Veneto/Medoc before the deal finalized and they disregarded the warning. As for the due diligence on this deal, it was not performed by a professional impartial 3rd party. It was done by a company of a Generex insider who bought what Veneto was selling. Do your research.
