Donald Keer was not involved with Ionics Inc. when GE acquired it. Also, he did not sell M2 Innovative Solutions to GE. He got M2 ready for sale -- which was eventually acquired by Ionics Inc. Ionics was sold to GE -- not M2 Innovative solutions.
Scroll down the "Experience" section of Keer's LinkedIn page. By his own admission, his role, (as being installed by investors), was to increase revenue and profitability of M2 Innovative Solutions and get it ready for sale to Ionics. He may have helped with the transition, but his involvement with M2 ended in January of 2003. He never owned M2 Innovative Solutions.

He succeeded in his role to get M2 attractive as an acquisition, and M2 was acquired by Ionics Inc. -- as seen here. He did good. >>

Summing it up, Keer did not own any water company named M2 Innovative solutions and did not own Ionics Inc. The only company he owned was Sustainable Water Solutions, Inc. in 2011 and 2012. That can also be seen on his LinkedIn page. He let the registration expire but now has re-registered it in the state of Wyoming.
