To give investment advice, financial advisors are required to pass a test. Ask your advisor about their licenses, tests, and credentials. Financial advisors tests include the Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 65. Some advisors go a step further and become a Certified Financial Planner, or CFP.

I think I've been on CTIX/IPIX now for about 7 years. Made good money too. This puppy has paid for more than just one other investment.
If you're down 70% or more you only have yourself to blame. However, if you consider being down 70%+ as only on paper and you're not concerned because no matter the price you have confidence in the science and the companies ability to eventually move forward to success.
