but the one aspect i've learned to rarely speculate about is mgmt's timing
(imo everything always takes longer and is more layered than *imo* most investors can appreciate)
by not speculating about timing .. i don't set myself up for potential frustration
which is another rule of mine .. take emotions out of equation specific to equities
regardless of where *traded*
rather i watch to see what has been done and is being done .. and not just by mgmt
this way if mgmt delivers today .. tomorrow .. next week .. next month or next year provided my caveats are met .. i remain invested and continue (usually via bid support) to pick off shares .. again having learned NRs' patterns .. i never go all in into an OTC target .. rather watch and pick selectively .. the more NR reveals that fits *imo* their well known efforts .. the more i tend to pick off as able to .. as i've noted it was mgmt's aggressive response of 2015 to *well established* NR patterns always in play re: the OTC .. when *hand off* doesn't go as NR *anticipated* .. that (besides company's imo diverse platform) kept me as an investor
imo usually by the time a targeted mgmt has *awareness* of NRs' *efforts*.. it's almost always too late .. blown out I/Os become the norm
that is why for all the whining that gets done by rote by NRs' trading crews et al
i don't focus on the targets' PPS .. rather on what mgmt executes
and perhaps again just me.. but i've never expected *seamless* out of an OTC target under attack for years .. as Innovation Pharma has been ..
as noted previously the *gamble* the significantly upside down NR (non retail) undertook *again* specifically last September 12th against Innovation Pharma via IPIX .. *failed*
how spectacularly that failure is .. imo will be known by all with interest with mgmt delivering a sequence of material events that *cant* be misunderstood by anyone

I liked the whole post but wanted to highlight the above part.
First of all, I know that we know there is a process of moving a drug through to start any trial. I also know that they know when that process is nearing a critical catalyst.
That catalyst is announcing the protocol and funding to make it happen.
I think we're pretty split on when that'll be announced. Before or after the mid April meeting. I think it would be prudent to get it all on the street before the meeting but really, it doesn't matter as long as it gets done. And soon. From the news they clearly already have a protocol.
In December, Innovation Pharmaceuticals completed an End-of-Phase 2 Meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), during which an acceptable Phase 3 development pathway was agreed upon to advance Brilacidin.
EMA advice is integral to this plan by helping to ensure that the program meets European standards.
For the Phase 3 program, the Company anticipates international clinical trial enrollment, with participating sites located in the U.S. and in Europe.
Now we just need Leo & Dr. B to show us the money!
Any day now. Within about 12-18 days.

fourth .. very rough count on hidden trades today (25000 - 30000) .. % approx 10% .. below what has been done *recently*

Volume (90 day Average) 480,693
be interesting to see what tomorrow brings once there is a little digestion of today's news ..
