The Stock deal with GHS holdings as outlined in the SEC filings was the reason for the original raise of the OS, in exchange for $$ to do the deals and get us were we are today GHS is a part of the OS increasing, and fighting the Lawsuit with previous founder that we won judgement all costs money. All about to change. Wingking you make these comments like an IHUB basher that never took the time to understand the finance part of the business. GHS was the best option at the time with minimal dilution, it was that or we could have gone under.
