British Columbia-based fully-integrated cannabis company Choom Holdings (CSE: CHOO) (OTCQB: CHOOF) this morning announced its entry into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Better Choice Company, Inc. for exclusive Canadian distribution rights to its cannabidiol (“CBD”) Bona Vida brand of products targeted for animal health and wellness once approved for sale in Canada.
