Aperia Welcome Letter
Starting January 1, 2018, NET1 Payment Solutions partnered with Aperia Solutions Inc. (Aperia) for our
merchant PCI compliance program. Aperia is a full-service PCI compliance Qualified Security Assessor
(QSA), and has been in business for almost 20 years supporting over 6 million businesses worldwide. In
addition to the QSA designation, Aperia is an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) with the PCI Security
Standard Council.
Please access the Aperia Merchant PCI Portal to complete the PCI compliance process, update the
merchant information, or simply just click around to become familiar with the new system.
Instructions on accessing the Aperia PCI system for the first time:
• Begin by typing in www.pciapply.com/net1paymentsolutions into your internet browser. Please
use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer if possible.
• Click on “First Time Logging In”
o Please have merchant Id available. Your merchant Id begins with 3948.

Some additional features of the new PCI tool are listed below. If you have any additional questions about
the product offerings, please ask your NET1 support representative.
• Aperia's PCI Compliance suite manages a variety of compliance services for merchants including
terminal verification, scanning, merchant education, and online SAQs.
• Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) Wizard" that directs the merchant to the right SAQ. Based
on SAQ requirements, easy links to:
• Internal Vulnerability Scanning, Antivirus and Endpoint protection (fulfills Req. 5)
• PAN Scanning, Mobile Scanning
• Endpoint Lock protection (keylogging prevention powered by Advanced Cyber Security (ACS)
*Endpoint Protection is available through Intel Security
• User-Friendly & Multi-Lingual Portal
• One-Stop Access to all tools needed to be compliant
• Certificates & Attestations of Compliance (AOC’s)
• Integrated External Vulnerability Scanning
• Security Policy Templates
• POS Checklist & Inventory Sheet
• Extensive SAQ and SCAN Support via phone, email, and online chat
