Gosh, we are applauding a close of $.0014 and hoping to see $.0018. With the catalysts that have already happened and the catalysts expected VERY SOON and even more catalysts at various levels of completion, ONCI appears to be undervalued by a factor of 10. The PPS has 1 zero too many to the right of the decimal point. How many expected a PPS in the range of $.01 - $.02? C'mon April. Go ONCI
