If we look back on the company and where it was heading with Grisaffi at the wheel, we would have all lost everything! This way we still have shares and IMHO will get to the dollar figure we wanted sooner than we had imagined.
Take a look back at what was happening back in Grisaffi's time. We won the court case because Grisaffi and Miss Li were deliberately damaging the company. Quote below was from the Feb. 4, 2019 Court case
5. LSW Holdings and Li knowingly participated in Grisaffi’s breaches of fiduciary duty and are therefore jointly and severally liable for all damages and equitable relief arising from such breaches;
Michael Welch has helped us get out of that situation. He's brought on board people that have been able to help us by using their rolodex's to get this company going forwarded. Unfortunately because of the damage of Grisaffi we haven't been able to get the momentum going that we needed to stay above the $1.00 share.
Management believes in this company too otherwise they wouldn't be here. So IMO to help this company move forward they had no choice but to do a RS. Or we would've gone back to the pinks, that would have killed us in the water. NO finance company would have touch us there.
We (the company) have so much coming 1)CBD Life Mexico, huge PO's, 2)National distributor contract, 3) Green Lotus PO's, 4)New York distributor to 1500 accounts mainly in the Korean District 3 yr contract, 5)Alcohol company private label, 6)France and future European PO's, 7)Food distributor contract 50 states and Canada, 8)Future THC sales. 9)Increased on-line sales, 10)Fitwhey sales and new CBD added, 11)Eagle spirit water going into national distributor and possible govt contracts, etc.
Perspective on where we came from and where we are going might help some of those who still don't see this as still a winner.
