I heard that BTW/JV has been boasting on scrub hub that he knew ONCI was a scam in late 2017 & early 2018 because he is a brilliant penny trader and he told us all. Really begs the question of why he bought "several million shares" at $.0058 - $.0063 last year. hmmmmm Go ONCI
