Mark's reply to you was in general terms......

No more notes will be taken on which is great news (Cash is no longer needed b/c it's coming in from these new deals).......there are still old notes that convert from time to time (like what is happening the past 3 weeks).......the current dilution based on my calculations should be very close to ending.
I specifically asked MK about the current dilution and how they are selling and how much.....he couldn't tell me, but there are NO CONCERNS on SFOR's end b/c they are a friendly lender and don't kill the pps like most toxic lenders......they've had a friendly relationship with them for years and years....so that's a positive and this is really this 1st time since I've been a shareholder since 3/2017 that here has been any kind of dilutive selling....and it's NOT large at all and tempered by the seller/lender/funder....they are playing nice.
Once bigger money comes in, they will pay off the rest of notes which is to one lender who they have a friendly relationship with.......this lender will sell from time to time in reasonable amounts....they aren't hostile like almost every toxic lender out there. FWIW, this was one of the areas I really did my DD on before I bought into SFOR back in 2017.
I'm taking advantage at these pps levels and accumulating the past 3 weeks....as more good news rolls in and selling stops, we'll be back to the .01-.015 range fairly quickly and then much higher after that.
