There is so much speculation circulating and so many false rumors that I feel a need to step in. There are no discussions of a merger, none. There is no consideration or discussions of a reverse split, none. There is no connection with or to any third parties claiming to be advising or working on “reconstruction” with TPAC, none. There are people within TPAC working on transactions that would bring short and long term revenue to TPAC, if these transactions come to fruition. These transactions are in the aerospace, aviation, transportation and commodity sectors. I will not disclose the nature of those transactions or the participants. If and when any of these transactions are concluded, we will issue a press release to that effect, but that release will be highly restricted in the amount of information provided. Those on the other side of the transaction will not be disclosed and the nature of the transactions will be limited such that people would not be able to determine the nature of the transactions nor the participants in order to disrupt the transactions. I’m not going to comment as to when or even if these deals will take place. It could be tomorrow, it could be never. So for all of the people who ask for a timeline, that won’t happen. For all of the people who ask for information regarding the nature of the transaction, that won’t happen. And for all of the people claiming that there will be a reverse split or a merger, that won’t happen. What we are doing and with whom we have been working is known to an extremely small group of people, so if someone claims to have some special knowledge based upon conversations with me, with merger candidates, with current or former board members or with anyone else, those claims are false.
